The CAMS system operates under the authority of the Proceeds and Instruments of Crime Act (PICA, Cap. 08:03) and in collaboration with:

  • Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC)
  • Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC)
  • Financial Intelligence Agency (FIA)
  • Office of the High Court
  • Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS)
